Protein 3D Structure Prediction Tutorial : Part-I

I got a mail for protein modelling tutorial from a Bioinformatics-made-simple.com reader. But before going to any details, let me tell you that you should always clear about goal of protein modelling. In the time when more and more protein crystal papers are coming out it is really difficult to go with theoretical model of any protein. But as there is a common old saying 'knowledge is never wasted' you can use this skill for other purpose also. 

Actually several amino acid come together with the help of peptide bonds and create a protein. So protein is nothing but polymer of amino acids that are jointtogether by peptide bonds. (..but what is amino acid??)
